Taryn was a true professional, before we can got started with our housing tours we talked about timelines, expectations, and strategy which in this Market is a necessity. She was very knowledgeable and her 12+ years of experience came in handy. She accumulated  tons of resources over the years like Roofers, Electricians, Contractors whose brought great insight when we evaluated properties that were fixer uppers. In addition, she was well organized, honest, proactive, very communicative, and easy to work with. Here's a brief example of one of our interactions with Taryn. When we identified the property we wanted to purchase we were a little intimidated because it was a bit of a fixer upper. But she went above and beyond to help us properly evaluate the opportunity. She was proactive and provided the following - an estimate on new electrical, roofing proposal, flooring touch up, pest termite tenting, and had the inspections already scheduled in order to meet our timeline. She was very good at managing multiple aspects of the transaction and anticipated challenges and obstacles which helped us stay within our tight timeline.
