My experience with Taryn was simply superb. We had talked to her prior to putting our house on sale and she made sure to open a slot of time to be unimpeded in going full steam to present and sell our house.

She talked with my wife and I about the house pricing, and when and how we could sell it at the best price. This included several cosmetic and other upgrades to the house to make it more salable and attractive to potential buyers. She also gave us what was the best price range, "not too hot, not too cold, just right", so that low balling buyers would not bother, and potential real buyers would not be scared away by an overly sticker shock.

When we told her that we were ready to go, she had her crew come in the next day to size up the changes and get to work . Within two weeks we had our first open house and within a month we had locked with a buyer. It was simply amazing to watch her at work, and see how much she knows the market. I don't know where to even start! Taryn was a true professional, before we can got started with our housing tours we talked about timelines, expectations, and strategy which in this Market is a necessity. She was very knowledgeable and her 12+ years of experience came in handy. I am a very pleased client of Taryn's. She began interacting with me over a year ago and provided many useful tips on extensive house renovation and improvements outside the house to include enhancing the ocean views. We had a great time working with Taryn and Art to sell our Russian Hill co-op in SF. They were both a pleasure to work with and are some of the most transparent agents we've ever worked with.
